• Prepare an appropriate legally binding tenancy agreement
• Supervise the transfer of household bills and council tax into tenants name
• Hold a deposit on your behalf to safeguard against damages
• Meet and oversee the moving in of the tenant to the property
• Collect rent and deposit to you promptly every month via BACS and provide statement
• Visit the property periodically and provide an inspection report with advice
• Evaluate, advise on and arrange any repairs that maybe required
• Upon request renew the tenancy agreement
• Meet and oversee the departure of the tenant from the property
• Inspect and evaluate cost of any damage attributed to the tenant
• Refund the balance of deposit to tenant

We also offer an Intermediate Management Service and a Tenant Find & Arrangement Service where full management is not required. The method of Tenant Deposit Protection which became mandatory on 06th April 2007 is important when considering the latter option.
